Lizzy Zwiers
Coach and family constellation facilitator
LinkedIn
As a human being, guide, and leader, Lizzy (1986) believes that everything begins with taking your rightful place. Not as a goal to achieve, but as a natural movement that arises when you dare to see things as they truly are.
In her work, she brings together head and heart, supporting individuals, teams, and organisations in recognising systemic dynamics and restoring the natural order so that energy can flow freely again. She works with the wisdom of the body, the stillness of the moment, and the strength of the family system.
Her style is calm, clear, and compassionate. She asks the kinds of questions that gently opens space. Space beyond patterns and solutions, where something new can begin to move. Not to fix, but to allow what longs to be lived.
The philosophy of The Fountain speaks to her deeply: every person has a place, and when that place is acknowledged, it brings peace, clarity, and vitality.
After graduating from Nyenrode Business University, she spent many years working at the executive level in international businesses, including at IBM and Booking.com. On the outside, she was successful. But on the inside, something essential was missing. It was Zen meditation that brought her back to herself. From that moment, she knew: real growth begins within.
Today, she runs her own company at the intersection of conscious business development, sustainable leadership, and systemic work. As a facilitator, coach, and advisor, she supports leaders and organisations in achieving success that feels meaningful. Not just on paper, but in their hearts and daily lives. Because from that place, real impact becomes possible.
Within The Fountain, she works as a systemic facilitator for constellations and coaching in London. She guides people in finding their rightful place; within themselves, within their family systems, and within the greater whole.
She works from a basis of trust, a love for the truth, and with the belief that life continually invites us to return to flow.
