Team The Fountain
The Fountain’s team consists of seasoned professionals trained in systemic coaching and constellation work by Els van Steijn, as well as a team of highly skilled and helpful personal assistants to support the group and ensure that everything is expertly and efficiently arranged. Els spreads her knowledge and skills through her team of facilitators and has complete faith in them, considering them all her equals.
Els van Steijn
Els van Steijn (1969) is a graduate of Hotelschool The Hague. It was there that she learned the essentials of professional management, hospitality, and attaining goals in a world of differing and often conflicting interests.
She gained further experience in the years that followed through management positions in the service industry, leadership roles, supervising large-scale change processes, project management, and concept development. Els has been working as a team trainer, coach, and constellation facilitator since 2002.
